How We Can Help

Juvenile courts deal primarily with two matters: delinquency and children in need of care or supervision (CHINS). In most cases, when a child commits a criminal act, they face juvenile court. In this capacity, juvenile court is concerned with rehabilitating the child. When a child is neglected or abused, this matter would also be brought to juvenile court.

Attorney Rob Backus has experience representing clients in juvenile court on both delinquency and CHINS matters. If you or someone in your care needs representation for a legal matter in one of these areas, please contact us and we will determine how we may be able to help you. We have the skills and experience necessary to provide representation for children and parents in these cases.
