Mark Oettinger
Mark traveled to Washington, DC, for congressional meetings, and to meet with human rights NGOs, regarding the advancement of the Treaty of Lucknow, the proposed Statute of the World Court of Human Rights. Mark also attended a board meeting of the Vermont Council on World Affairs.
