On November 3, Mark attended a federal criminal defense seminar sponsored by the federal public defender’s office for the District of Vermont.

On November 10, Mark hosted an Open World delegation of six journalists from Yaroslavl, Russian Federation.

On November 27, Mark attended a seminar on arguing motions in Federal Court. The event featured attorneys arguing actual, recently-decided motions before panels of three judges. The event covered criminal, bankruptcy, and civil motions.
