Mark grew up in the United States, West Africa, Europe and South America. Between 1991 and 2011, he led a pro bono Russian Rule of Law Project. More recently, he was in China and India, advancing education and human rights-related initiatives. Since 1999, Mark has taught private and public international law as an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Law School. He is the Export Legal Assistance Network (ELAN) representative for Vermont, providing free initial consultations on legal matters arising out of transnational business transactions.
