Mark Oettinger attended the 15th annual meeting of the world’s Chief Justices in Lucknow, India, to present the draft Statute of the proposed World Court of Human Rights. Mark led the drafting team at the urging of the Chief Justices at their 2013 conference. The Chief Justices unanimously approved the draft, and announced the creation of the World Court of Human Rights as an urgent priority in their conference-ending Resolution. Mark also attended the annual meeting of the Vermont Council on World Affairs, of which he is a board member.
